Refunds Policy
Unless otherwise stated in our Terms of Trade or Returns and Refunds Policy, refunds will only be issued in cases where an overpayment has been clearly demonstrated. To apply for a refund, you must provide proof of the overpayment. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original credit card used for payment or held as a credit toward future invoices. Please note, we do not issue cash refunds. Returns must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Returns & Refunds (Retail Products)
We follow the Consumer Guarantees Act. If a product is faulty or defective, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty. Change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted. Please contact us within 7 days for any issues with online orders.
Appointment Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you provide 24 hours’ notice (standard services) or 48 hours’ notice (colour/long services), your deposit can be transferred to a future booking or used toward retail products. Deposits are forfeited for short-notice cancellations or no-shows, and a new deposit will be required to rebook
